    Any dispute or disagreement related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved according to our standard rules of engagement and applicable law.

11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

    In no event will Choctaw or its affiliates be liable for any damages (including without limitation, incidental, consequential, punitive damages) arising out of the use of this website, including but not limited to claims related to errors in processing payments, winning or losing bets, malfunctioning software, and other issues. Your sole remedy is limited to refund of your deposit.

12. TERMINATION AND CHANGES TO TERMS

    Choctaw may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice by posting the modified terms on our website. Changes become effective immediately upon being published. Continued use following modifications shall be considered acceptance and consent to those changes, unless otherwise stated.

13. GENERAL PROVISIONS

    These Terms represent the entire agreement between Choctaw and each Customer with respect to the subject matter hereof. Any waiver by us of any breach or default under these Terms must not operate as a subsequent waiver for future breaches or defaults. If any provision is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful, that portion shall be deemed severable.

14. COMPLIANCE WITH LEGISLATION

    Choctaw complies with applicable laws and regulations in providing its Services. Customers must also comply with all relevant legislation when using the Casino services, particularly concerning responsible gaming practices (see below).

15. RESIDENTS OF PROHIBITED AREAS

    The Casinos' games are provided for entertainment only. The Service is available to individuals from certain jurisdictions where gambling is allowed by law. Certain countries have specific regulations and restrictions that govern online betting. The Casino does not accept players located within or accessing our services from these locations.

16. RE-ENTRY INTO CASINO AFTER SELF EXCLUSION

    We reserve the right, at any time without prior notice to restrict access for individuals who have self-excluded themselves according to our protocols.
